Your Responsibilities:

As a Stocker, you are responsible for the efficient and accurate movement of products from the receiving area to its proper place of presentation on the sales floor.
  • Maintain customer service in accordance with established company standards
  • Stock and rotate products in accordance with company procedures
  • Adhere to security policies and procedures
  • Maintain shrinkage control procedures including recording damaged and store-use products
  • Maintain housekeeping standards
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to write simple correspondence
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of ACC
  • Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and dive with 10s and 100s
  • Ability to perform operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
  • Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs.
  • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in a retail environment and spend time in a cooler and/or freezer
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule with varying hours based on business needs
