Your Responsibilities:

The Night Crew Supervisor is accountable for a team of 10-20 stockers who engages in various tasks such as freight handling, Store Operations cover, maintenance activities, and inventory preparation and counting.
 
  • Stocking shelves, creating orders, and building displays
  • Responsible for maintaining inventory control and ensuring proper rotation of goods.
  • Manages store operations such as key management along with loading and operating tills
  • Performs general maintenance duties on the building, grounds, cases, shelves, and vehicles
  • Required to shovel snow when necessary
  • Prepare, organize and count inventory

Skills and Qualifications:
 
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • High school diploma and 2-3 years stocking and management experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical and communication skills and ability to work with confidential information
  • Computer knowledge of Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to understand and follow standard operating procedure
  • Ability to perform duties in a professional manner and maintain a professional appearance
  • Ability to make independent decisions using good judgement within policy guidelines
