Customer Service Specialist

Your Role:
- Support and resolve customer issues, including shipment tracking, credits, and product availability
- Resolve questions and discrepancies relating to order processing efficiently
- Compile, sort, and verify data to be entered, review error reports, and enter corrections into the computer system
- File source documents after entry and keep records of work completed
- Accountable for all aspects of receiving, production of shipping documents, and invoicing
- Support the PAW/SPAN team as required
- Three years of experience in a service-driven environment
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- College or additional training preferred but not required
- Background in accounting and experience with receiving reconciliation/invoicing
- Proficient computer skills and comfortable learning other computer programs/systems
- Proficient in 10-key
