The Arctic Harvest Order Picker for Arctic Harvest Deliveries, a farm-to-table distribution business operating under Pacific Alaska Wholesale (PAW), the wholesale arm of The North West Company International (NWCI), is the heart of our daily operations - ensuring that fresh, high-quality produce is accurately selected, packaged, and staged for delivery to our customers across the region.  You will work in a fast-paced, refrigerated warehouse environment where attention to detail and physical stamina are essential.

Your Role:

• Pick produce orders accurately using a scanner or paper pick lists
• Inspect produce for freshness, quality, and correct quantity
• Pack and label orders according to company standards
• Stage completed orders for loading and delivery
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Report damaged goods, shortages, or discrepancies to supervisor

Desired Skills & Experience:

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• 1-3 months of related Produce experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Comfortable working in cold storage (34–40°F) for extended periods
• Basic reading and counting ability required
• One year of warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift or pallet jack certification is an asset (training available)
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shift
