We're looking for someone with food handling or warehousing experience who takes pride in doing the job right and treating customers well.

Why ACC?

  • Room to grow — real advancement opportunities across the company
  • Strong pay & benefits — competitive wages plus a full benefits package

  • A culture that walks the talk — integrity, excellence, respect, collaboration, and accountability aren't just words on a wall here

What You'll Do

  • Receive product accurately — down-stack goods, cross-check against invoices, and flag any shipping damage
  • Store, handle, and rotate food products properly (oldest first, always dated correctly)
  • Salvage usable portions of damaged merchandise
  • Stay compliant with OSHA standards
  • Deliver great customer service through clear communication and solid merchandising

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of warehouse experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic math skills (calculations, reading graphs)

Nice to have, not required:

  • Meat cutting experience preferred — but we're willing to train the right person!
  • Experience wrapping, weighing, labeling, and pricing meat cuts
  • Food handling experience
  • Forklift or electric pallet jack experience

We thank all applicants for their interest — only those selected for an interview will be contacted.

ACC is committed to a diverse, inclusive workforce and welcomes applications from all candidates.
